This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies solely to the Display product (the “Service”), offered by N3XUS LLC (“we,” “us”, or “our”). Although we may occasionally reference parts of our main company practices, this Notice is only intended to explain how Display might collect, use, and share data. We do want to emphasize that there is a separate privacy policy for NEXUS TECHNOLOGIES NYC LLC as a whole that may apply in other contexts. Display is an NFT minting and exploration service that may offer:
- A website (“Display Website”) for sign-ups, form submissions, and social links.
- A native iPhone application (“Display App”) for NFT minting, embedded wallet features, and direct user support.
We might collect some data to provide these functionalities. However, all data provision is optional, and not sharing certain data might limit corresponding features (for example, we cannot process an NFT mint if there is no wallet address).

- Mandatory? Not mandatory if you just browse, but required for NFT minting.
- App Store-Provided Data
- Examples: Your email address (if you choose to share it), device/usage metrics (if enabled).
- Where/How We Collect It:
- App Store installation.
- TestFlight usage logs (only if you opt in).
- Mandatory? Under Apple’s privacy settings. You can decide whether to share usage data.
- TestFlight & Crash Logs
- Examples: Crash reports, performance data.
- Where/How We Collect It:
- Automatically shared by iOS if you opt in via TestFlight.
- Mandatory? Completely up to you. Not required to run the app.
- User-Generated Content
